Today I got up and Rody had gotten up with the kids and fed them breakfast and let me sleep in. I needed it!

I knitted for a while, then I called on a sandbox I found on Craigslist. After I got Kenzie we came home and the guy called back on the sandbox, so I went to pick it up. He was asking $25 for it, but I offered him $20 and he said yes. Yay!

After I got the sandbox, I stopped at Menards  to get some sand for it. 

I came home and made a spot for it, and got the sand in it. Then covered it. The kids were super excited about it, but the sand was a little damp so they cant play in it til it dries out a little bit.  So they just played with their other toys outside.

Its super nice cuz theres a cover for it. :)

After we came inside, my mom facetimed us so we could watch the sunset over the gulf of Mexico with her. So cool! The kids loved it!

Then we watched a Little Einstein before they went to bed. I knitted and watched my tv show til I went to bed!

Feb. 6, 2015

Today I got up and took a shower and got ready for the day. Then the kids got up and ate breakfast, then we left for Nana’s house. Kimmy and Eli were there, and we were going to work on more Valentines dishcloths for my mom.

We got alot done so far…aren’t they cute!

The kids all had fun playing together while we knitted. Then while we were eating lunch, Stacie and Kody came over. We got to spend a while with Stacie and we taught her how to knit, and gave her some needles, and some yarn. Kimmy is so great at teaching to knit.

Then Stacie had to go back to work, so I asked if Kody could stay with us, and she said yes. The kids loved playing with Kody, he is so cute and so fun! He is almost 2.

Kimmy had to go home to get the boys off the bus, and my mom went with my dad to visit someone in the hospital, so I knitted the rest of my dishcloth, while the kids played and watched tv.

They made a train out of the chairs, and were cracking up cuz I was singing Im Bringing Home My Baby Bumble Bee to them.

I left to pick up Kenzie when my mom got home, and then we went back to her house for spaghetti….yum! The kids wore Grandpa’s big huge bibs, and they looked so cute! They ate all their spaghetti, so Nana gave them cookies for dessert.

Then we sat in her living room and just chatted, and she snuggled my babies. They love her!

We had such a fun day! I love my family!

Now Im going to bed, I have to have Kenzie to her school by 6:15am tomorrow, she has a wrestling tournament! Cant wait to see her wrestle again!!!
