This morning I woke up to my mom knocking on my door. She was bringing Mocha over while she and my dad went to a motorcycle thing. The kids were on the couch watching my ipad quietly, they have been doing this the last few days, its kinda nice. When she left, I fed the kids breakfast and then dyed my hair. Then got the kids ready for the day. We headed over to my friend Jessicas house. I havent seen her in a while, and she lives about an hour away so I was really excited to see her and hang out.

We had so much fun. The kids loved playing with her kids, Norah and Drew. They are super good kids, and they love me haha.

We ate dinner with them, and I made Peyton take a bite, and after that she said she didnt feel good. Shes not a big fan of eggs, but I made her take 1 bite. I guess she really didnt like it haha.

The kids played with playdough and the toys, and dress up, and watched a movie. Then we left around 9. Peyton started saying her tummy hurt, but I thought she was just being goofy because she didnt want to leave. But when we were about halfway home, she puked all over. All over the car, the carseat, the floor and herself. OMG it stunk so bad! I mean so so so bad!

When we got home, I got her all cleaned up, and Rody right away was out there cleaning my car. He is so awesome! He knows I just cant handle puke, and he always cleans it up for me. I told him I was thankful for him like 5 times!

I got the kids in bed, and washed all the puked on stuff. And now I am doing my blog and then going to bed. I am so tired!

Norah was sleeping when we got there, so I stayed with her while Jessica went and picked up Drew from school. She was back in a few minutes, and Norah got up right after she got home.

This morning my sister Melissa called and asked if her and my mom and Evan could come over until they got Jack from school (which is right down the road from my house). I was like, heck ya!!! When they got here,

Melissa wasnt feeling too well. She decided to go to the ER so I ended up watching Jack, Evan, and 2 kids she babysits. Their dad came and picked them up after about an hour. But I still had Jack and Evan. Peyton, Isaac, and Evan all took a nap. And at some point, not sure what time, my brother in law Bruce brought over Max and Hailey and went to the hospital with Melissa. We watched Wild Kratts, and then the American Girl movie. And the kids played with the duplo legos all day. Mel and Bruce came and picked them up around 6pm Then we ate dinner.

I knitted another pair of slippers throughout the day so Isaac, Peyton, and I all have the same pair now. I need to get some more yarn, then I am going to knit Rody and Kenzie each a matching pair too :)

Then Hailey wanted me to take her to gymnastics tonight so I had Bruce drop her and her stuff off and we went, Kenzie came with us. The kids and Rody stayed home.

It was fun watching Hailey do all her stuff. I went on the gymnastic floor cuz I wanted to see what it was like, it was really bouncy haha. I think Hailey was embarrassed haha. Me and Kenzie knitted while watching Hailey. I knitted a dishcloth, which I am giving to Rodys mom tomorrow, and Kenzie worked on her surprise for Nana.

After gymnastics we got hot fudge sundays from McDonalds…yum! Then I dropped Hailey off at her house.

When we got home, Rody had gotten the kids in bed, and cleaned up the whole house…what a surprise! Made me so so so so happy! I needed this little break! I finished the dishcloth for Rodys mom, and wrapped it up with a little note inside. I though it looked really cute so, yep, I took a pic of it!

 

Well its been a long day and I am definitely ready for bed.

Today I woke up, and couldn’t sleep…couldn’t stop thinking about getting my tire fixed.

I knew I had tires put on a while back but I wasnt sure how long ago. So I prayed, and had my mom and my sister pray. Then I called my dad and he met me at the tire place. He went in so I could stay with my kids in the car. He came out and said they were covered under warrantee. When I went in I found out that the warrantee is only until Feb 2015…wow! So close! So I got a new tire, rotation, and balance, all for $16. And my dad blessed me and paid for it! Thanks Dad…and mom!

I only waited about 15 min, and Isaac loved looking at all the rims and tires in there lol

he is such a boy! He kept saying “daddy will like this one mommy!”

Then we went to Walmart because our jump-o-lene  wasn’t holding air, so we exchanged it for another one.

Then we came home and the kids ate lunch and then took a nap…a much needed nap…since we were up so late last night.

They were being super duper silly before their nap.

During their nap, I decided to make a pair of slippers for each of them. I got one pair done, they are so cute next to mine.

When they woke up, we played for a little bit, while daddy went to his Caregroup. Then I gave them a bubble bath, which they are always stoked about! Thanks Nana and Papa!

Then we watched Baby Einstein til they went to bed.

I looked over at them and Isaac was just checking out the bottom of Peyton’s footy PJ’s…it was so funny…I was laughing so hard at him, but trying not to let him notice. 

Then after they went to bed Kenzie got home, she had went to some hypnotize show with her friend Bryce and his family. She went right to bed.

I started knitting another pair of slippers and got halfway done but I am too tired so I put them down til tomorrow so I could post my blog real quick :)

So now I am going to bed! Goodnight everyone!

This morning I woke up sore…due to a little boy who didn’t feel good so he slept with mom and dad! NOT FUN!

We ate breakfast then waited for Kimmy to come over. She got here around 11:30ish I think. (I didn’t look at the clock). They kept singing God’s not dead by the Newsboys and when Isaac sang it, Peyton said God is dead (not really knowing what she was saying). Isaac didnt like that one bit! haha Preach it Isaac!!! We visited for a while, then my dad came over with a car he was test driving for Kenzie, it was super nice, but when we looked under the hood, there was a ton of rust…where it shouldn’t be. :(

So my dad took it back, then picked up doughnuts and Cappuccino’s from Tim Hortons, and came back over. We got to hang out with him for almost a hour. :) LUCKY US!

Then Kimmy left cuz she had to get the boys off the bus, and I went to pick up Kenzie from school. Then we went to Salvation Army and another thrift store across the street. I got a really nice snowsuit for Isaac, a pair of shoes for Isaac, and some of my favorite pants from Gap…with a sweatshirt to match. And then I found a shelf for only $2.95. I was so excited, cuz I have been looking for this exact shelf, only smaller, but bigger is even better! Woo hoo!!! 

Then we went to the pet store to look at all the animals. The kids had so much fun!

We got home and I decided to hang my shelf…the picture frames are kinda crooked but thats because I didnt have any help…o well, I can live with it…gives it character haha

Then Rody left for Caregroup, and the kids watched a movie with Kenzie in the jump-o-lene. Then we ate dinner…cereal for all of us tonight haha…I was feeling lazy after hanging the shelf and photos.

Then the kids were acting like they were putting makeup on eachother…the paintbrush was wet from their spit…ew! They are sure cute together! Here is a clip:

Now they are in bed…they fell asleep fast since they didnt have a nap all day…thank God! haha

Im going to bed early since I barely slept lastnight, with Isaac kicking me all night…boo!

This morning I woke up after having 2 of the craziest nightmares I have ever had…I was ready to be awake haha! 

I got the kids up and got them dressed, ate breakfast and cleaned the house a little bit. My friend Melissa was coming over. I grew up very close to her and her family. She moved in with me when I was in my 20’s and we even went on a trip together to California, her, my sister Kimmy, and me. We drove all the way there…what a fun memory that was. About a year and a half ago, her and her husband moved their family to California. I havent seen them since! They got here around 2ish. I was so excited! We talked, laughed, and picked up right where we left off..like we always do! She is such a great friend! Her kids and my kids played so good together and her son Gage is the most polite little guy I have ever seen…hes 8! He always says no thank you, or yes please, and he says thank you for everything. Such great little kids all of them!

Every time Melissa comes over she holds my kids like this…I wonder if she will be able to do it standing next year lol

I think we will be making this a tradition…Mel and my twins!

Her and her hubby…I kindof hooked them up, because I told Ryan that she thought he was cute…Which Im sure gave him the go ahead to ask her out ;) I remind her of this every time I see her!

Im so sad for her to go back to Cali :’( She will be missed!

And the bouncy house was definitely a hit! They were friends right away!

We were cracking up because we went in the bathroom to do Peytons hair, cuz the girls wanted to see what I do to make it so curly. While I was getting it wet, Liv (who is 5) said “why does she have a afro?” I said “because shes half black and half white.” When Melissa came in Liv said “mommy Peyton is half black!” And Melissa told her that Rody was black and thats why. And then I said, “its kindof like your grandma, shes half Mexican.” And Liv said really loud “I didnt know Grammie is a Mexican!!!” We all cracked up! Then she said “Bikki, you know what? I am more Mexican than my mommy because my eyes are darker than hers, right daddy?” and Ryan said “ya sure!” It was so funny! I love how kids think…and talk!

Then I told Gage that Mykenzie thinks he is the cutest boy ever…and he looked at me all serious and said “how does she know Im cute if she barely even knows me?” haha Melissas kids are so funny!!! They had me cracking up the whole time!

After they left my sister Melissa brought Hailey and Evan over well they went shopping for a coat for Max. They ate spaghetti with us for dinner, then the kids played while I curled Haileys hair, which takes a long time! While I was curling Haileys hair, Kenzie was playing with the laser light. Isaac was trying to smack it, and Peyton was just staying away from it, but Evan was terrified of it. We were cracking up! Whenever it got close to him he would get really scared and panic! So I made her stop! Then Kenzie showed Rody what he did, and Evan jumped in Rodys lap. Hahaha he doesnt ever really go to Rody. We were just laughing so hard! He acts the same way he does when a fruit fly flys around him in the summer. I guess ya had to be there lol

I wasnt done with Haileys hair yet so Melissa left and I took Hailey home when I was done. She looked really pretty! But we decided not to brush the curls out until the morning, because they will stay in longer. :)

This girl has some pretty amazing hair! I had so much fun with them tonight!

Then Kenzie and I went to Kroger to get a few groceries, then home. Now I am getting tired and want my bed! What a great day it has been!
