This morning I got up and the kids and I headed over to my mom and dads. Kimmy was there because my mom has plans tomorrow. When we got there Hailey was there too. She wasnt feeling well today so she stayed home from school. After a while Melissa and Evan (the birthday boy) came. They had Evans little friend with them. Evan is 4 today, and man he sure was excited about it! The kids played while we visited and worked on getting dads email addresses switched over to their new computer. Then Kimmy had to leave to pick up the boys, but she waited til Kenzie pulled in the driveway with her new car. Today was her first day driving herself to school in her car.  She only stayed at my mom and dads for a minute because she had to get home and cut the grass before she could go to wrestling open mat tonight. The kids and I stayed a few min longer at mom and dads, and luckily we did because the mail came and they got the battery for their scooter today. So we got to watch my dad ride it for the first time. I got a couple videos but they turned out all black boo! I did get a video of  Papa taking the kids for a ride on it, and then the video of my mom riding it for the first time, haha.
On my way home I went to Walmart and Manards. Then we came home and the kids played outside and we even had dinner outside. It got pretty cool so we decided to go inside. The kids watched a Dora the Explorer before bed tonight. Then Kenzie got home.
After the kids fell asleep, which was right away, I walked a mile on the treadmill while watching The Civil War on Netflix...I am loving history lately!
But now I am tired so I am going to bed!

April 29, 2015

This morning I got up and got the kids ready to go to my moms to get Kenzie's car. Rody got her plates and it was all set to come home. We decided to have the brakes checked out and it was over $600 to fix them so we decided to have Popi's work check them out.

My dad stopped by and brought us doughnuts before he went and cut the grass for a business around the corner. My mom went to help him, and after she was done she came over to walk again with me and the kids. The kids were very excited to see her and give her some dandelions they picked for her. 

We had another almost 2 mile walk around the neighborhood. We both pushed a stroller. 

Then we came home and sat on 

my front porch. My dad came after he was done. (This is when we got the news of how much Kenzie's breaks would be)

We sat and visited before they went home. Then I had to go get Kenzie from school. My mom and dad picked her car up and took it over to Popi's work so we could keep it a surprise for Kenzie. 

After I got Kenzie, we went to Salvation Army. I found these shoes for Peyton for $1.59

Then we came home, the kids had fun washing their cars and we sat outside til Omi and Popi dropped off Kenzies car. She didn't even notice it was her car when they got here. Haha we had to tell her.

Then Kenzie took both of them for a ride. 

After they left, we took the car to Grammys and showed her. She loved it!

We came home and Kenzie drove her car over to show Bryce and then came back. I got the kids in bed before she got back. 

Kenzie took a bath while I walked (mostly) and even ran a mile on my treadmill.

Now I am watching tv and getting ready to go to bed.

I have to post this pic of the grass we planted...yay! We have actual grass coming up!!!

This morning I got up and got the kids ready...they are going to Grammys for a few hours. We decided to walk down to her house. When we got there, some guys were there to work on her bathroom. The guys made Isaac really nervous, but he stayed anyway. 

I called my mom to see if she wanted to go for a walk, she did. We were going to walk the rail trail, but I ended up having to pick up Isaac, because he was just too nervous at Grammys with the guys there. So we decided to just walk around my neighborhood. Isaac came in the stroller with us. It was a really nice walk! We got back and my moms pedometer said we walked almost 2 miles. I'll take it! Haha

My mom headed home because she has caregroup tonight. Isaac and I played outside til it was time to get Kenzie. 

After we got Kenzie, we went to Jimmy Johns. Then we came home and we walked to a garage sale down the road. Then we walked and got Peyton. 

When we got home, Kenzie said she was out of cockroaches for her bearded dragon. So I called the guy that breeds them and he told us to come on over and get some.

Kenzie went in this time, she wanted to see all his huge cockroaches. She was in there for about 45 min. I was getting kinda nervous. But then she came out.

We came home and she fed Zeus 2 cockroaches. He seemed very happy!

Then we ate dinner and played outside. 

Kenzie got a call back from Culvers...she got the job! Her first job! She starts on Saturday!

We came in and got the kids in bed and the house cleaned up and then we went out and played a game of around the world. Kenzie won of course! 

Then we came in and I walked a mile on my treadmill. I watched some tv and then went to bed early. I only took 1 pic today

April 27, 2015

This morning we woke up to Isaac screaming in the living room. Somehow his feet or legs were stuck under the couch and Rody had to lift the couch to get him out. It was weird! I went back to sleep and slept til around 10:30. I got up and had some coffee. The kids played til we left to get Kenzie from school. 

When we got home I was feeling so tired so I decided to take a nap. I have been feeling super exhausted all day every day lately. Might have to get my iron checked.

So Peyton and I took a nap in my room and Isaac took a nap in his bed. When I woke up, Kenzie was already up with the kids and she fed them dinner. I left to go get her a tri-fold poster board, and ended up having to go to Michaels because every store I stopped at on the way didn't sell them. When I came home I got the kids a snack and then we watched Little Einstein before bed. 

Then I walked on my treadmill and then watched TV til I went to bed.

This morning I woke up with the kids and had some coffee. Rody got their breakfast ready for them. He left shortly after breakfast. Then Kenzie and I decided to switch her and the kids rooms. It was a huge job and took us a long time.

The kids played in the living room while we did the big job. Rody came home before we were done and got the kids some lunch. After we finished, Vershon stopped by. The kids were really excited to see him. After he left, I took a nap. I slept til 8pm and when I woke up I got the kids ready for bed. After they fell asleep, I walked a mile on the treadmill. I started watching a show on Netflix called the Ultimate Guide to the Presidents. It's very interesting. I watched it til I went to bed.

April 26, 2015

This morning we all got up and went to church. After church we took Evan home and Mel and Bruce took Kenzie because they were going to see Wild Kratts live. On our way home we stopped and got some groceries at Kroger and then we came home and ate pizza. After lunch the kids played outside while I sat on the porch and listened to worship music. 

The kids were pretty tired so I laid all of them down for a nap and they were all asleep by the first time I checked on them. Must of been tired. So I sat back on my porch and kept listening to music...it was so relaxing!

I went in the house and watched some tv and Melissa dropped Kenzie off and came in to get Evan. He was still sleeping  when she got here. They left and shortly after my mom came to pick up Kenzie. We visited for a few minutes, and Peyton woke up and then we went in and woke up Isaac. They were excited to show Nana their new room. 

After my mom and Kenzie left we ate dinner. Then the kids played until bedtime.

This morning I woke up and got ready to go to more garage sales with my mom and Kimmy. The kids stayed with Daddy today. We got some more good deals. I didn't get many pics but we had fun, and a lot of great laughs! Then we took my mom home and Kimmy and I headed back out to shop. We found some more deals. Then headed home. I got home and unloaded my car, then we went to Chens for dinner. The kids are so good. Then we came home, the kids went to bed and I watched tv til I went to bed.

This morning I got up, got the kids ready and we headed over to my moms to go to the garage sale's. We got there around 9ish. And found a lot of great deals! Peyton cried for almost the whole first hour we were out there. It was crazy! 

But she stopped when she got to sit in the car the rest of the time. Thank God!

When we got home I put everything away and made a craft table in my utility room...it is so cute! 

I got a ton of ribbon at a garage sale for so cheap!

When I went out of the room for a little bit, I came back in to find Kenzie had put all the jewelry from the game on Isaac.

The kids went to sleep as soon as I put them in bed. Then Kenzie and so watched tv til I went to bed.

Can't wait to go to more garage sales tomorrow! :) I had such a fun day with my mom and Kimmy...o and Eli!
