This morning I got up at 6:30 to get ready for a day of wrestling. I took Kenzie to the school and then went to Tim Hortons to get a cappuccino. Then I headed to the school to watch Kenzie wrestle. It was a tournament day! Wrestling started at 9:30, and I got there at 8:30, so I decided to work on my blanket til people got there. 

Omi and Addisyn got there around 9, and Kenzie was the first to wrestle. She got pinned but she did great! I got a video, but the quality is pretty bad. But here it is anyway.

Then a little while later she wrestled a kid who was 93lbs but very muscular. She went through all 3 2min rounds, but then lost. She had 0 points and he got 4 points. After that match, his dad told us that he is 2 time state champion, and that he had been wrestling since he was 5. He said he never seen his kid work so hard with a girl. He said Kenzie was very impressive, and she is going to go places. It was so nice to hear. The quality in this video is bad too, but here it is

Then she had 2 wins because the other teams didnt have a 103lb wrestler. 

We were very excited with some wins. haha

Then Papa Kevin got there and it was her turn to wrestle and there was no one for her to wrestle…we were bummed!

Then when we got to the last team we picked a guy who we thought she would wrestle and it was the wrong guy, she wrestled another guy who we hadnt seen sitting there. We were all like WHERE DID HE COME FROM! He was alot taller than her. Papa Kevin was very excited to see her finally wrestle.

She did so good! She pinned him in the 2nd period! I couldnt believe how she was throwing him around and dragging him into the ring to get her points lol

I was so excited! I yelled “KENZIE YOUR AWESOME!” haha  Everyone on her team was so excited and proud of her! And we definitely were. After this we left.

We headed to Kimmys house to pick up Peyton, because she spent the night there. Here are some of the pics Kimmy took from her spending the night

Im so glad my kids love spending the night with Aunt Mimi! Peyton was taking a nap when we got there, so after a little while we woke her up cuz we missed her!

We talked for a while, and I knitted on my blanket. Jared and Kenzie played Mario Cart and made up some games with foam blocks. haha they always do that!

Jacob was knitting on his dishcloth for his mommy. He is so good at it, and I love watching him knit!

Then I was super tired and I wanted to get going before it was dark so I headed home.

Rody got us pasta and breadsticks, and we watched tv and the kids played with legos til bedtime.  Now I am super tired and going to bed!

This morning I woke up and took Kenzie to school, then I got home and straightened my hair…just cuz I havent in a long time! haha

Kimmy and Eli came over around 9:30am and then shortly after that Melissa and my mom came over.

Mel was so excited to see Evan, and Evan was so excited to finally see his mommy. He hasnt seen her since Tuesday evening. She sat in the chair with her knee elevated almost the whole time. I was so happy to hang out with her all day. And Kimmy and Mom too, and all the kids.

My friend Karen came for a few minutes and dropped off the dresses she borrowed for her daughter Lexi. None of them worked out, but at least I got to see her, I never see her anymore, so its fun when I do! O and Karen brought a cookie for Peyton and Isaac. 

We had PB&J’s for lunch…but I forgot to make me one and didnt notice until I was starving around 4pm haha

After lunch Dad stopped in to visit. It was so nice seeing him too! The kids played and we all knitted pretty much until everyone left. It was fun! I got the 3rd section done to my blanket and it is really looking nice (to me). I love it!

I asked Isaac if he wanted to spend the night at Aunt Kimmys, and he said nope! He  was hinting the whole time after that, that he wasnt going, it was Peyton that was going haha it was funny! So Peyton went home with them, since I have Kenzies wrestling tournament tomorrow and Kimmy lives close to where it is.

Mom and Kimmy and Eli left with Peyton…Im sure going to miss her!

Melissa stayed and had Bruce pick her up when he picked the kids up from school. The kids came with him to pick her and Evan up, and they were so excited to see Evan, especially Jack!  The whole day, Evan had been stuck to Melissa, but when Jack got here, he was so so so excited and running around playing with him!

Omi dropped in to pick up some clothes for Addisyn (my niece on Omi’s side} so she could wear them to Kenzies wrestling tournament tomorrow. Mel and her family left shortly after Omi left.

Then after I sewed my blanket together, I decided to go browse the thrift stores before I picked up Kenzie. I havent been thrifting since I started knitting lol

On our way home, Kenzie wanted to see what was for dinner so she texted Rody, and we were cracking up the whole way home about what she was saying to him LOL

When we got home we ate dinner. Then I gave Isaac a piece of yarn, and he played with it almost all evening.  LOL The cheap things that keep kids busy smh

Then I knitted while watching a show on Netflix. Then got Isaac in bed, his big boy bed which he was super excited about! We took some great pics of Kenzie with Isaacs toy gun. haha

Then I just knitted some more, til I got too tired. So I did my blog and Kimmy sent me a pic of Peyton on their air mattress in the boys room, so cute! I sure miss my Sweets! Well I am going to bed, night!

Today I woke up and took Kenzie to school. Rodys mom stayed with the kids. My car was undrivable so I took Rodys moms car. When I got back home, all 3 kids were up. I was so tired I told them we were going to lay down for a little longer. I made Peyton and Evan a bed on the floor and Isaac slept in my bed. Everyone fell asleep right away, and we didnt wake up til almost 10am. I actually had to wake them all up. We got up and had breakfast, then I got the kids clothes on. Evans pullup was completely dry. He is so potty trained! He has been using the same pullup since he got here…3 days ago. IMPRESSIVE! We watched a cartoon and they bounced in the jump-o-lene all day haha 

We ate lunch and then they played some more, then took a nap. I got caught up on my shows and knitted while they took a nap. Then Rody took my car into the shop to be fixed. His mom came and stayed with the kids when we went and picked it up. Peyton and Isaac were awake when she got here but Evan slept til I got back. Rody ordered pizza for dinner and the kids ate a ton of it. Then Mom and Hailey came over, they picked up Kenzie from school on their way. I knitted and my mom crocheted until we had to leave to take Hailey to Gymnastics. Evan came with us. He was so excited to see his sister in action. Mom taught me how to crochet while I was there, but I didnt really have patience to learn it. But I did a whole row haha. I like knitting better. Then we just sat and watched Hailey. She has gotten so much better just since 3 weeks ago when I took her. I sure love watching her! She messed with me the whole time about the time during the summer when I did a cartwheel. Haha It was bad! and she lets me know haha So I pushed her into a mat lol.

Then we came home and got Evan ready for bed. Peyton and Isaac were already in bed. I made Evan a spider-man bed on the floor which he was so excited about.
