Today we went to take the kids to see the movie Frozen at the Temple Theatre. It was free! And they gave each kid a box of popcorn and a juice box for free too. It was so nice! 

The kids loved watching the movie at first, but after about an hour they were getting sleepy and wanted to go. Haha good thing it was free!

We left and after we got home I needed to get some time alone so I went to a few thrift stores. It was really nice to get my mind off how sad I am. Kenzie is still not home and I'm just so worried it's hard to get my mind off her. She went with Cole to a MSU game and I got this picture off her Facebook. It's cute! I sure miss her!

She did tell me she saw our cousin Joey and met his girlfriend. 

I just walked around thrift stores and then Joanns and I stopped at Kroger to get a few groceries. Then I went home. I got the kids in bed and then watched tv and knitted a slipper til I went to bed.

November 27, 2015

This morning we got up and I went with Peyton to get some things we need for the house. It is Black Friday so not sure how it will go. We went to Walmart first and the place was less busy than a normal day. Then we went to Aldi's, but didn't find what we needed. So we went to Manards. It was so so busy! I couldn't even stand being there, we got what we needed and headed home. Isaac and daddy were gone when we got home. When they got back the kids ate lunch. I moved around the living room so the tree could fit. Then Rody and the kids sat up the Christmas tree with daddy. The kids were so good at helping this year. They helped from start to finish. Kenzie came and dropped off her bearded dragon, but wouldn't stay to talk. :(

Thanksgiving Day 2015!

Happy thanksgiving!!! This morning I got up pretty early. The kids ate breakfast and then they played until lunchtime. We all got ready and then went over to Aunt Anns for Thanksgiving Dinner. The kids ate so good this year! The food was so good! Then we all sat in the living room and talked and had a lot of laughs! Aunt Ann gave Peyton a brush and she  brushed her hair for over an hour and was acting like such a diva lol! Then we headed home.

We got the kids in bed and then watched videos of the kids when they were babies until we went to bed.

It's so funny to see such a big dog roll on the floor playing with a toy hahaha

This morning I got up super early cuz I couldn't sleep...missing Kenzie! The kids got up and ate breakfast and then they played. Grammy came over for a little bit and the kids were really excited about that.

Daddy and Peyton went grocery shopping so me and Isaac decided to take a walk/bike ride. 

Then we came home and Isaac played in the driveway for a while.

Then we took Norman for a walk :)

We came back home and Peyton and daddy came home with pizza. We ate dinner and the the kids played with Norman until bedtime. Isaac loved jumping over him while he was laying down and Peyton liked telling him what to do. Haha Peyton really ended up liking him a lot! She was hugging him and kissing him...it was so cute! Rody even said "I guess we could have a big dog in this house" lol.

The kids got ready for bed and Peyton asked if she could sleep with Norman and Isaac asked if he could sleep with Mocha, I said yes! It was very hard to get Norman to get on Peyton's bed, I think he knows this is a No No at home haha.

But we got him up there, even though he didn't stay. Lucky Isaac, Mocha stayed all night. :)

I watched some tv and then went to bed.

November 24, 2015

This morning Evan came to stay with us while his mommy went to school with the other kids. The kids played for a while. then Daddy and Isaac went with Grammy shopping. They had a good time. I found this on Rodys Instagram and thought it was cute. 

Melisa came to pick up Evan and she stayed which was nice. She's fun to hang out with. 

The she left and I cleaned up the house. Then Kimmy and Jared dropped off Norman cuz they were going out of town for Thanksgiving. And shortly after they left, my mom came and dropped off Mocha. Then Kenzie stopped by to get her work shoes. I told her I loved her and I told her to look at her room, the. I told her it's always there for her when she's ready to come home.

She left to go to work.

The kids played mostly with Legos until bedtime. I talked to Aunt Ann on the phone for a long time. Then I went to bed.

This morning the kids had a dentist appointment. They did really good, and they didn't have any cavities. 

We found their pictures up on the kids board and the kids loved seeing themselves.

When I got home I decided to switch Kenzie and the kids room. It was a major job! While I was in the middle of it Kenzie and Cole came and got a lot of her stuff. My mom came over too for a little bit. After they left I worked on the room til the kids went to bed. They were super hyper and I was happy to be done and get them in bed. Then my mom came over and we watched a movie together. Then I went to bed.

November 22, 2015

Today we got up and went to church. Great message from PK! When we were leaving a flock of great egrets flew over us. There were so many, like way more than are in this picture. They made such a weird sound. It was so cool!

Then we went to mom and dads house for thanksgiving left overs....yum! The kids played and we all watched Beauty and The Beast. Peyton really liked it, Isaac more wanted to play with toys.

We hung out for a little while after the movie and then left. 

When we were leaving Peyton made this goofy face while sitting under the tiny rainbow haha

We came home and I made spaghetti on our new stove for the kids. 

The kids played while I got dinner ready.

Kenzie came home after work and we got in an argument and she left. She said she was moving out. So I've been crying all night and just trying to figure out what to do. I'm praying and believing God will handle the situation. I got the kids in bed then watched some tv and now I'm going to bed so I can try not to think.

Hopefully things will get better tomorrow.

This morning Kimmy and Jared brought over our new stove. Jareds friend was getting a new stove so he passed his on to us. We are so excited! Our stove never worked right and didn't have a drawer it was as basic as stoves come! We are so so so so excited to have a new one. 

Thank you Kimmy and Jared for bringing it to us!

We can't wait to bake and cook in and on it! But we are going to Thanksgiving at mom and dads so it will have to wait.

We got ready and headed over there. Everyone was already there and Kenzie and Cole came in right after us, o and Chuck and Sue after them. It was so much fun!

We ate we laughed we played Pictionary...Schaard style. Sure was a fun day!

When we were leaving me Mel and Kimmy all noticed we didn't have scrapers for our car windows, we asked mom and dad and they couldn't find theirs. So the guys all used brooms to scrape our vehicles sure was funny! Mel got some pictures hahaha 

We came home and wanted to use our stove so we warned up our pizza...haha works great! So I took a pic of our first time using our stove haha.

We both played on our phones after we got the kids in bed til we went to bed.
