This morning we headed over to Nanas to hang out with her and Kimmy. After a little while Melissa and Evan came over. We had a good time. 

Dad called and said he was in an ambulance being transferred to the VA hospital. We decided to take the kids to meet him there so they could see him get out of the ambulance. They were so excited to see him! We all were!

We all went in and waited in a waiting room while they got him settled into his room. The nurses brought the kids ice cream and they were so happy!

All the sudden we looked up and saw my dad walking down to us. You couldn't even tell he had surgery! He walked better than he did before his surgery! And he had the hugest smile on his face, he looked like a new man!

We all went back to his room until we had to leave to take Kimmy back to Nanas. 

The kids and I came home and Kenzie stopped by to get a paper and to show me her new tattoo. It means God is greater than the ups and downs.

After she left we walked over to the hospital to see dad again. He was super tired so we didn't stay long.

Mom drove us back to our house, then the kids and I ate dinner. After dinner we went to the mall so the kids could play.

I had a free coupon for a frozen yogurt and I got Peyton one too. Isaac didn't want ice cream cuz he said it was too cold. My total price was $1.02 and the guy gave me 2 cents so I only paid $1 :) that works for me!

The kids played for almost 3 hours! There were so many kids there and Peyton was running the playground lol. She was telling all the kids what to do. It was so funny! Then they went to see Santa again. They hugged him but didn't want any pictures again...good kids! Haha 

We came home and they went right to bed. They fell asleep right away. Guess they played real hard. Haha

I watched tv til I went to bed.

I forgot that my Uncle Tom dropped off some jewelry for Peyton and some other stuff. Isaac liked everything just as much as Peyton did. :)
