The kids were super excited to wake up for school, then they remembered it is their birthday too. They kept asking us if the house was going to be a surprise when they got home haha.
Rody and I dropped them off and they did great! So brave!!!

I went home and tried to rest, but couldn't. So Kimmy called and we decided to meet with mom and Mel and shop for birthday gifts and then go for coffee. We had so much fun! After Tim Hortons, I went to get balloons, then headed home to wrap gifts.
Then I picked up the kids. They said they had a good day but they were both tired and grouchy.
We went to Walmart to get after school snacks and to get cake and ice cream.
We came home, ate dinner, then Grammy, Aunt Ann, Nana, and Papa came over. The kids were so excited to open gifts so we did that first. Then we had cake and ice cream! It was relaxing and fun!
They played with their new stuff for a while then we all went to bed.
