Feb. 4, 2015

This morning I got up and took Kenzie to school, when I got home Isaac was awake, so he came and laid down with me.  We woke up around 9:30. My mom called and said she would be here around 11:30 so we ate breakfast, got dressed, and cleaned up. Then I made the kids a tent with the tent building kit. The bones of the tent looked so great, I was impressed with my work, so I had to take a picture.

The kids loved it. They watched Frozen in it. Then Nana got here. She brought me Jimmy Johns…my most favorite food to eat at this point in my life haha. I have been telling her I was craving it, so I was super excited about getting it! We ate lunch, and the kids ate theirs, all of us in the living room.

Then we got back to knitting our “Kimmy” dishcloths. We cracked up a few times at the kids. They were playing super nice and were being super good.

The tent started to fall over, so Isaac and I took the blankets off it and Peyton stayed in her chair watching Frozen the whole time.

Then I walked into the kids room and found Peyton like this in her dolls crip, she really cracks me up! Still watching Frozen.

My mom had to leave to pick up Melissa’s kids from school, so I finished my dishcloth after she left then sent the rest of the pattern to her phone.

The kids took a nap after she left. When they woke up I was knitting a new dishcloth for Melissa…with “Missy” knitted into it. I love figuring out these patterns, its so fun!

Rody got home and made pancakes and sausage for dinner. I had to go pick up Kenzie because he had to be at Caregroup, so we had to eat when we got home.

I stopped at the store to pick up some groceries then we went home and ate our dinner.

I knitted on a heart pattern dishcloth that I made up and I love it! It turned out just like I wanted it to. Between rows, I got the kids into bed.

Here is my dishcloth, perfect, and just in time for Valentines Day!

Kenzie finally noticed that Nana finished knitting a scarf and put it in her room for her. She loves it, and it fits her perfectly! Shes so lucky and blessed to have such a sweet Nana! Looks so cute on her!

Kenzie took the kids to bed tonight, she held Peyton on her back and Isaac on her front…it was so cute! They sure do love her!
