God

So I was living life as a “Christian” but I didn’t spend time with God, I only went to church so my mom wouldn’t be mad at me for not going, and I just didn’t make God number 1in my life yet.
Until…one night we were watching Left Behind and afterwords I went out to have a cigarette (because ya, I was a smoker 🚬worst habit ever) and I just started praying and asked God to come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior, and I told Him I wanted to give Him everything and let Him take over my life.
I didn’t really feel different right away, just a lot happier.
For the first time in a long time, I felt so happy and so peaceful. I knew God took over.
